“I took the shovel he handed me and buried myself for a million different reasons, but every single one of them was mine.” Your story left me with goosebumps. When my husband tried to sell my house and move us to a farm, I said I will not go with you. You are free to farm on your weekends. Lol

A very moving piece. And it all rings as true for me today at 72.5 as it did for my younger self, at 18, or 25.

Maybe more so, because time to make changes is slowly running out.
