I'm visually oriented so I always read your post rather than listen. I find the photos you use as you move through your writing very thoughtfully chosen and visually supportive of your sharing. So, today's post of being in that place between love and hate of others really resonated with me as I thought over all the relationships of my 81 years. Many times the ice dams of life have shown no path forward until I took a closer look. Inevitably, the way was there. Thanks for the thoughts and the visuals. Keep on unjamming! June C.

Oh so beautifully shared friend! Thank you for sharing this with us and the beautiful metaphors that help me describe my own similar feelings and the sense of release and melt and possibility and joy and lightness. We really can't get enough options of words and visuals to help us release these pains, resentments, internal struggles and suffering. Thank you for giving me these words I will also use to stop those same style thoughts. Love love love!

You know how much time I spend contemplating the ice of the Saint Lawrence and it really does feel like it’s a daily metaphor just waiting to be uncovered… I love the one you uncovered with your Ithaca ice. I also listened to Sharon, Bob and Krista last week and that conversation has stuck with me ever since. So grateful you shared these thoughts. Merci. 💜
