And Then It Was Everywhere
When our attention shifts reality
Have you noticed how as soon as you get really interested in something it starts cropping up everywhere? Like a bell goes off every time anything connected to this new fascination appears, and you’re hearing bells on and off in the most unexpected places and times? If you’re like me, you can feel like that dog in the Pixar movie Up: Squirrel! Squirrel!
That’s how this new fascination with ambition is working for me. Just moving through my regular day, reading the things I usually read and watching the things I usually watch, people are all of a sudden talking about it all the time.
Since it’s Sunday and you may have time to spend I thought I’d share some of the things I’ve come across recently that grabbed my attention and had me thinking more deeply about ambition. Enjoy!
